The newly built and tiled main floor bath shower is spacious and
inviting next to old world charm bead board and cupboards. The main floor bedroom next door
is ideal for the family member needing main floor access to life at the
beach.
At the top of the formal stairway, the loft area opens to a queen
sleeping space with windows and treetop views ~ enough to rock you to
sleep.
On the opposite side at the top of the stairway is the office or game
table space with that amazing ocean view.
Next door, upstairs settle in the big Jacuzzi tub by candlelight with a
mountain view!
The master suite has a private deck just outside the fireplace seating
area by the king bed. With a
45” big screen TV and fabulous view you will have to decide which way to

complete with porch swing, lounging area and BBQ. Multi-level lawn, paths and old stone

Take the challenging flights of steps nearby to the beach or walk south
